Oklahoma Bigfoot in Adair County

On Saturday the fifteenth of January 2005, a couple of hunters who will be called Chris and Mark found Bigfoot tracks in the woods of Peavine, Oklahoma. Peavine is a town in Adair County. Adair County borders the state of Arkansas. Mark was from Cedarville, Arkansas and claims to have seen a Bigfoot 20 years early when he was around ten years old.

Chris and Mark were hiking in the woods behind Chris’s home to a pond that was about half a mile into the woods. They found footprints around the bank of the pond. At first, Chris thought that the footprints were probably made from the old man that lives in a small camper near the pond.

The old man was retired, had no family, and liked to fish and even swim in the pond. Mark felt like the footprints where too large and wide to made by a human. They hiked back to Chris’s house and got a measuring tape and a camera.

After resting for awhile and then getting something to eat they traveled back to the pond. Mark measured the footprints and took pictures. The length was 17 inches and the width was 8.5 inches of the footprints he measured.

After getting the pictures developed, he submitted those to a Bigfoot research center. A month later a Bigfoot Researcher called and interviewed Mark. Mark reported that he did not hear or smell anything unusual.

He in fact did not feel an odd presence while around the pond. He did believe that he had found tracks from a Bigfoot. That Bigfoot, however, must have already left the area. The Bigfoot researcher agreed that the footprints did look authentic.
