Body of Missing Tulsan is Found

"Body of Missing Tulsan Found." is part of a video series titled "Mistress of the Hex House," which is based on a true story. It is about Carolann Smith who mesmerized and held two women in a basement of a duplex as slaves for eight years. This breaking news story occurred in March of 1944 and took place in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tulsans became infatuated with the tale and began to visit the duplex on Halloween nights to tell ghost stories. Even after the duplex was torn down in 1975 Tulsans still told spooky stories about the parking lot that replaced the home.
